      (Re)fresher: Assignment Skills Collection

      19 November 2021

Following on from the New@Newcastle, we are introducing the (Re)fresher: Assignment Skills collection. This is a new collection of online resources which have been gathered together in one place, to guide you through the process of completing an assignment.

Whether you are a new fresher or you just need a refresher (see what we did there), this collection is focused on what you need to know about writing for assessment. We have curated a selection of the best and most relevant online resources that will have you covered from the first steps to the final draft.

If you are brand new to academic writing at this level, you can use it as a starting point to address your questions about everything from planning to proofreading. Do you already have some experience with academic writing? If so, you can use the collection to address any gaps in your academic skills, but also to stretch, refine and take your academic writing to the next level.
